This place was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures! Sunlight filled the apartment through the huge windows and was a perfect place to rest and take in the views between our excursions. There are many wonderful places to have brunch and tapas within a short walk from her apartment and we were given great tips upon our arrival. We had an amazing trip and hope to return someday!

We had as a family of four a very happy stay. It is located in a central area, on the third floor above a major intersection. The obvious traffic noice is greatly lessened if the balcony french windows are kept closed. The sitting/dining room over look the roads and a pretty church opposite. The room is light and sunny and is a good relaxing space. One twin bedroom next to the sitting room overlooks the same front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped, although it has no oven. All the equipment that we used worked well. There is one shower room and the shower works well. The main bedroom is at the back, it is quiet and elegant. The beds are very comfortable. The middle twin bedroom is a pleasant room made noisy during our stay by a neighbor’s endless electronic alarm at nighttime Altogether a convenient apartment, which is elegant and makes for a happy stay.

Our family of four persons stayed ar this aparment between the Christmas and New Year`s Day and liked this roomy and light apartment, which fully met our expectations. The view from windows/balcony was beautiful, and the location is excellent - we were able to walk everywhere without a need to take a metro or taxi.

Our Experience at this place was wonderful. We spent a long weekend in Barcelona and the location is just perfect. We went walking from the flat to the Sagrada Familia (about 10 minutes), and to Passeig the Gracia (in about 10 minutes too). Metro is quite close. The neighbourhood is very quiet but has several very nice restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. The flat is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. We were there with our two kids and the house was great for them. The host left some toys for them and the living room and other rooms are very spacious so they had plenty of space to play around. The flat was clean and the beds are comfortable. It is ideal for a family or for a small group of people traveling together. I would definitively recommend this flat. Rafael

Together with our 3 children, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was perfectly clean at arrival, very spacious, well-equipped and above all, perfectly located to visit different parts of Barcelona, by metro and even on foot (f. ex. Sagrada Familia at only 10 min walking distance ;). In the surrounding streets, you have several shops where you can buy some food and drinks. After a long and warm day outside, it was a real pleasure to come home in the air-conditioned apartment! We would certainly recommend this place for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Barcelona city!

This place is fantastic. Suited for up to 6 without problems. Spacious, clean and a really nice location. Fits the description very well. Good communication with the host and hassle-free. We had three different apartments in Barcelona for a week - this one was outstanding.

The stay was absolutely wonderful!! Perfect setup with above and beyond amenities. H2O were MORE than helpful and accommodating during the check-in, even when we arrived at a different time than planned due to delayed travel schedule. Definitely recommend! Also the view is truly amazing. Between 4-6 minute walk to two different metro lines. So great!!! If I’m back in Barcelona I’m staying in one of their properties for sure.

This apartment was amazing with its location and amenities. The shower had such good water pressure and the air conditioning was so great after a hot day outside. I was there with my two teenage daughters and felt super safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful turn of the century apartment and building. The apartment is spacious and the living room is great for entertaining and has a beautiful view of a church outside. The area has an upscale feel with some hip coffee shops and restaurants nearby, we were recommended a fantastic tapas restaurant called El Viti Taberna. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good communication and tips especially when we first landed in Barcelona since we had no idea about the best transportation to the flat. The flat location is good and very close to La Sagrada Famila and other popular tourist sites. Inside the flat, you pretty much have everything you need and it is clean and spacious. Definitely recommended! Thanks for your hospitality!
